Caregivers can log into a secure website to remotely access the patient s setting the time of day, setting the alarms, triggering early doses, putting the dispenser on hold in holiday mode, changing non-compliance notification contacts and methods, or adjusting other features, all of these changes can be made through the web portal.

The web portal also allows caregivers to view the patient s complete medication compliance log. Every day, MedReady sends reports to the web portal that indicate scheduled and taken medications for the past 24 hours. These are organized into the log.
