For use on the back of a wheeled walking frame. The nylon tip of the brake glides along the surface until pressure is applied to the handgrips, this then activates the brake to stop forward movement.
These leg extensions allow you to convert a folding walker into rear brake walker by simply removing the existing legs and replacing them with this height adjustable extension.
